Theme of the Week: “Getting ready for Christmas”

Dear Parents,

I hope everybody is excited to start a new week of our Christmas celebration.  We had a great time during our Christmas show, on December 14th.  I hope everybody enjoyed this important moment.  Your children delivered a great performance.  Congratulations! 

CANCION/ SONG

The children in Ositos B class enjoyed singing the song "TRADICIONES". Parents please encourage your child to listen to this song at home too. It can be found in in our Sff! CD.

 

Learning activities:        

Math: Children will review numbers from cero to 11. 

Language and Literacy: Children will review the letters they had learned through these months.   

Art:  Kids will prepare a Christmas Greeting card and finish their art project.

Friendly Reminders:

• Please, remember to check if your child has a set of changing clothes at school.
• Do not forget your child’s blanket on Friday and any craft in his/her cubby.    
• Please remember that the homework is doing with pencil or crayons, please not markers.
• Remember that reading is an important habit to promote in children. Enjoy these moments with them.

Theme of the Week:  “Christmas party”

Dear Parents,

We are so exited this week - it’s our Christmas celebration! You’re a very important part of our celebration which is on Monday, the 14 at St. Raphael Church.

On Thursday, the 17th we’ll have a visit of Santa Claus, please remember to bring a wrapped book so Santa can give the gift to your child.

Learning activities:        

Math: Children will learn a new number, associate this number with quantity, and trace it. Language and literacy: Children will continue to learn new letters, trace them, and identify them on syllables.

Theme of the Week: “Celebrations”

Dear Parents,

I hope everybody is excited to start a new week as we get closer to our Christmas celebration.  The children are very excited about this time of the year.  Also, they are preparing and rehearsing for our Christmas Show on December 14^th.  We will be glad to see all of you for this event.
