SALON “OSITOS A”
Miss Mónica
& Miss Gladys
Week 30from: March 2nd to 6th, 2015.
Theme of the
Week: “My country”
Hello dear parents and welcome to a new
month!
We begin a new month, and we are very excited because
we will teach a new topic to our Ositos: "My Country." During this
week, our goal will be that children can learn where the United States is on
the world map and in the American continent, which neighboring countries have,
and the oceans that limit it. To encourage children to learn more about our
country, we also will teach them about famous and known places that our country
has at North, South, East and West. Children also will learn about the U.S.
flag, its Colors and what its Stars mean, which its currency is, and about its
traditional music. Moreover, because we believe that children should grow in a
world where the diversity cultural is respected, we will encourage them to
learn about different people that live in our country as well as to be
respectful with them by valuing their traditions and culture. Also, children
will continue to increase their Spanish vocabulary.
